FREE US SHIPPING

WAKESET currently offers free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard U.S. delivery is typically estimated at 3–5 business days.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, address issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time after shipment for the carrier's tracking system to update.

SHIPPING AREA

WAKESET currently ships within the United States.

If we expand shipping availability in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES

DAMAGED DELIVERIES
